The Chemical Engineer has as an object of work the process of production of chemical and biochemical products, and their interactions with the environment; at the lowest possible cost and with maximum security.

In the production of chemical and biochemical products, this professional highlights his characteristic modes of action such as evaluating, operating, analyzing and designing both the entire process and the equipment used in it; as well as, in its performance in the research and development activity. He must ensure that the operation of the plant is carried out economically, efficiently and safely, without causing environmental damage and ensuring that the products meet the established requirements and specifications.
